1. Structured decision model
Each tool has a stable identifier, category, calculation family, formula version, risk class, localization record and publication status. This makes material changes traceable without silently replacing the logic behind a published page.
2. User-controlled inputs
Values are entered by the visitor. In the launch implementation, calculator inputs are processed in the browser and are not submitted to DecisionNumbers. Defaults are examples, not claims about your local prices or personal circumstances.
3. Scenario calculation
Depending on the decision, the model may compare direct cost, recurring cost, time, useful life, cost per use or break-even. Results are estimates generated from the values entered. They are not predictions, guarantees or professional recommendations.
4. Review before publication
A page should not be published merely because a structured record exists. Launch tools are checked for distinct user value, understandable inputs, formula logic, clear limitations, usable mobile layout, metadata and internal navigation before being made indexable.
5. Risk boundaries
Financial, insurance, housing and wellness-related comparisons remain educational. Medical diagnosis, legal conclusions, gambling predictions and personalized investment recommendations are outside the product scope.
6. Updates and corrections
Material formula or content changes should be versioned and reviewed. If you find an assumption, formula or explanation that appears wrong, use the contact page and include the tool name and the reasoning behind the correction.
